Barry Armer is a lifelong photo enthusiast and hobbyist, past President of Bay Area Photo Club in Houston , TX and current member of New Braunfels Photographic Society and Hill Country Photography Club. Barry is also a past member of the Eyes of Hawaii Photography Club, Houston Center for Photography, The Arts Center of Corpus Christi, and Rockport Center for the Arts.

Barry has completed workshops with various photographers, including Craig Tanner (The Mindful Eye) in Savannah, Georgia and with National Geographic photographer Aaron Huey in Seattle, Washington. 

Barry is originally from Baytown, Texas and currently lives in Kyle, Texas.
